When I posted about my awesome first trip to Bar Cento your sweet Chef was the first non-family member to comment on MY blog and he asked me to say hi the next time I was in...but I'm way too shy :) Maybe someday! But, I have to say that as a new Clevelander I am so excited about the food scene here. I never really considerd myself a foodie but people like you and the Chef make it so fun.
