Another Festivus Miracle!

Dos Michaels & Vito enjoy the smooth serenades of Michael McDonald

It’s that time of year again.  The time where we put aside our differences and be thankful.  Thankful for FESTIVUS!!!

That’s right, Festivus is soon upon us and I desperately need your help.  This is our 5th annual Festivus Celebration and we have yet to come up with a theme.  Last year we yacht rocked it out and this year is proving hard to follow.

Any help will be greatly rewarded with our super duper love and affection.

Kisses.

since we are in “celebrate good times” mode with Obama becoming our president I think this calls for a funky Chicago style “Soul Train” party! Just imagine the mix ripping on the turntables, fros and the polyester. And the food of course.

Go as your mom party/potluck. Dress as your mom (especially your mom from when you were about eight) and bring her “signature” dish from the same time frame. Expect jello casseroles and things with puff pastry, maybe even fondue. It can be a riot.

Mark- actually I was thinking of something along these lines, maybe 70′s funk?

    Erin-

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE mom party- I think if we do it we may have to make it moms & dads which may be even funnier-

Before I even saw your poll, I thought of the many phases of Madonna. You know, considering her recent rough times and all. Looks like fun. Again, wishing I live in the Cleve… or that you lived closer to me. A restaurant just closed in my sleepy little lake town in Illinois…
