Where The Wild Things Are

When I heard that this children’s classic would become a movie, my first thought was way to ruin another one Hollywood. However after watching (and almost crying) this trailer I think it may be one of the good ones. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    I just saw this trailer last night. It’s one of our favorites, so we’re very excited.

    I love that they created the characters to look exactly like Maurice Sendak’s drawings. They are also making a movie from the book CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS. Also a classic.

    Love that they used Arcade Fire’s “Wake Up” in the trailer. And, I am confident that Spike Jonze will do amazing things with this*

    oh! i’m so excited about this – it’s my favorite story of all times. i can’t wait to see it – :) though i think my “wild things” will still be way too little to see it with me!
