I knew the moment I walked down this soda street I had to post.  Is this really necessary?  Do we really need 5 rows of soda pop in our grocery stores?  And how many fucking flavors of Diet Riet can one possibly need?   America.  THIS IS WHY YOU’RE FAT.

    Exactly. What’s scary is that a lot of people think diet soda is okay, but it’s not. The aspartame (and even sucralose) slow your metabolism down and crap up your kidneys. If you must have a soda, get a *single* regular one with real sugar (I like the bottles at the Mexican markets).

    I drink mostly water, but my trainer says I need to drink more.

    I love diet rite. It doesn’t really make people fat because there aren’t any calories, fat, sugar, carbs, sodium, ….plus I just like the taste. But yeah, America is fat.
