I am not here to give you budget/money grief.

Yesterday my husband David and I celebrated my birthday at The Greenhouse Tavern. The food was delicious, the staff was on point, and my evening was splendid. I knew the Chef wasn’t going to be there but I peeked in the kitchen anyway and everyone answered all my noisy questions like ladies and gentlemen.

I’ve been following your family on your blog for about a year now and think you are a delightful bunch. Don’t let this rough patch get you down. You and Jonathon are going to continue to soar and your children are going to distinguish themselves in some meaningful way that will show how well they were loved annd brought up.

I work at The Cleveland Foundation and we are firm believers in sustainability, deconconstruction, repurposing and encouraging creative people and your restaurant increases our faith that it can be done. We also like to eat for entertainment and everyone asked me this morning how my experience was and I praised it highly. Hopefully you will see lots of us in the restaurant in the new future.

David and I will be back for sure.
