Love the blog and GHT. Just wanted to mention a blurb I saw in the September/October issue of the Wine Buzz. It said that currently, there's only one producer of Applejack (Laird and Company). BUT...there's a small distillary in a tiny barn in Bainbridge called Tom's Foolery that is hoping to release it's small batch hand-crafted Applejack in time for the holidays. Perhaps it's time for a truce with your sweet frenemy? In the name of supporting the local, small business owner ... of course.
