I Love Our Peoples

One the greatest things about owning a restaurant is the people. The Chef and I come home every night after work and talk about how lucky we are to have such a great family at the restaurant. Last night we got to show them just a little bit of how much we love the people who make up our team.

We took the staff to our favorite watering hole, ordered some adult beverages, and enjoyed each other’s company.

It was rad. It was relaxing. It was a well needed thank you to our family.

I saw your post and thought about coming down to say hello to all of you, but we had been to Dante for the Slow Food dinner and it really was too much. I’m sure that you all had a great time. Hopefully we will see you tonight.
